One on One Coaching
The coaches at Exercise by Design personally work one on one with each client to ensure that our unique strength training method is strictly followed. One on One coaching is important for motivation, focus and safety. Your coach is a certified personal trainer who has completed a rigorous certification that requires knowledge of a slow and controlled high intensity protocol and equipment, anatomy and physiology, safety and of course goal achievement. Your coach knows exactly how to get the results you want in the fastest possible time by creating the workout your body will respond to best. At our facility there is no distractions and complete privacy. One-on-one exercise allows the focus to always be on you and your goals.
This program produces excellent results whether you are in great shape or new to exercise. It is ideal for those who:
- Want a trim, strong body but have limited time for exercise
- Suffer from chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, diabetes or back pain
- Are athletes who want to improve strength, endurance and performance
- Need a specialized exercise regiment due to injury
- Are 16 years of age or older
