Why is this workout better than a traditional workout?

This workout maximizes intensity, while minimizing momentum, thereby utilizing more muscle fibers than traditional workouts. This along with adequate rest provides the body with the greatest opportunity for strength gains.

Will I bulk up?

With our protocol you will increase strength and improve muscle and joint function. In order to “bulk up” you need a higher level of testosterone which few women have. Therefore it is unlikely that women will bulk up on this program.

When will I notice a difference?

This depends a lot on your level of effort, consistency and nutritional discipline. All things being equal, one can begin to notice a difference in 6 weeks. Some of the changes may include more energy, improved posture, greater endurance and relief from muscular and joint pain.
