Frustrated over yo-yo dieting and not enough time to exercise Join us for a healthy lifestyle change. NEW HABITS is a new, unique and common-sense program designed to teach you how to balance your eating and exercise habits to fit your schedule and routine in today’s fast paced world.

EXPLANATION OF PROGRAMS
AIS (Active Isolated Stretch) uses a program of scientifically-designed techniques to stretch muscles in a specific sequence to make the body more flexible and more easily trained to gain strength and endurance.
TRX (Functional Training) is a suspension training system that provides a total body workout combining core stability, balance and strength training.
Fitness - Kickboxing takes the best part of an aerobic workout and mixes it with the best part of a martial arts class for a fun and effective workout.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an energy healing method that involves a simple tapping procedure to gently realign the bodyís energy system.
